There are many different approaches to meditation: moving, stillness, focusing on the breath or an object. No matter the format, meditation allows us to connect with the world within and to something larger so that we can better play in the human experience and engage in the world outside of us. Through meditation, we can follow the flow of movement in our minds and bodies and become more present in both areas. I offer live and recorded meditations to invite your nervous system to take a load-off and to trust in something bigger, helping you feel less stressed and more focused, self-aware and in your body.
